In the morning of November the 21st, TPADRI held its Operation and Production Conference for November. President Wang Chunyan, Secretary Wang Jianhua and other leaders and middle-level chief officials attended the conference which was presided by Vice President Ye Hongzhang.
Vice President Ye firstly made a report about the production output state, up until now, TPADRI accomplished 91.66% of its planned production amount, 1.74% short of that of last year. Vice President Ye urged every unit to continue working hard, using the last month left to intensely acquire orders , in order to hit the target of this year’s plan.
The office of finance requested all other units to lodge financial budgets. Human resource department suggested all department directors should scrutinize the propaganda of the performance grading system, proactively lead the staff’s thoughts and emotion. Objectively facing the final performance grading. Business Operation Department proclaimed they will go all out to facilitate all production units to collect the designing fees, at the same time expecting all to help with the contract documenting and archiving work. All production units respectively made work reports according to the real progresses.
Vice President Wu Xiaokun, Wang Lianzhu and Chief Engineer Chen Hewen emphasized that the institute should take more measures to refine the quality control and management. Vice President Song Zehua stressed, because of the long cycle of application time for invention patents, to make things more smooth when it comes to the once per 3 year revision on high-tech enterprises, all production units should prepare in advance, highly focus on development and research end of invention patents, actually improve the scientific and research capability.
Finally, President Wang made a final speech. She analyzed the developmental direction of architectural and constructional designing industry and pointed out that TPADRI retains the edge of close-circuit industrial chain in the intense market competition, she put forward the notion to lead the thoughts of the staff by the thickness of enterprise culture, to advise on the staff members’s speech and action based on scientific managerial regulations. With all being said, the top leaders of every department and unit should set role models for the rest, leverage on the advantage and avoid the shortcomings, stand out with each’s strength, firmly establish all actions upon the factual situation of the state of TPADRI. Achieve the coherence and unity, refinement, and humanism on the managerial end. President Wang encouraged us, The strength comes out of people’s unity is invincible. as it is approaching the year end and the entire institute are working hard to accomplish the production goal, in the meanwhile, whe should also try our best to collect the defaulting designing fees, safely and steadily pass year 2014.
