On May 9, two officers of China Resources Land Limited (Crland) — MA Xiao’ou ( Regional Design General Manager of North China) and YAO Yongpeng (Regional Manager of Tangshan) — visited the Institute. Vice President YE Hongzhang, Vice President WU Xiaokun, Vice President LI Shuanglai and other leaders of the Institute, plus Director of Caofeidian Branch Institute GAO Chunrong, received them in the meeting room on the second floor.
During the conversation, Vice president WU briefed the guests on the history, talent, design qualifications and organizational structure of the Institute. Mr.MA affirmed that the Institute is highly competitive based on its complete design qualifications and one-package service. The guests and hosts then talked over concerned issues like construction plans, construction drawings, contracts, bidding and tendering, drawing inspecting and rates. Vice President YE and other leaders of the Institute gave detailed answers in technological terms. Mr. MA stressed that Crland headquarters has strict control over project procedures and design quality and always requires tight schedule and high standards. He hoped to have the understanding and cooperation from the Institute in the future. “The Institute is very willing to work with such a large company as Crland on a long-term basis,” Vice President WU responded, “and strict requirements and high standards are also the design pursuit of the Institute.” He believed that, with the establishment of cooperative relations and ever deepening understanding, both sides will undoubtedly pass the initial running-in period and form a favorable interactive relationship of mutual trust and perfect harmony.
Following the establishment of strategic cooperation with Vanke, Longjitaihe and other well-known domestic real estate developers, a strategic cooperation intention has also initially reached with Crland. This signals the affirmation and trust in the comprehensive strength of TPADRI and will further enhance its brand identity and influence.
