On March 30, LU Jianhua, General Manager of Zhong Ke San Yang Technology Co., Ltd. (ZKSY) located in Xiaoyi City of Shanxi Province, visited the Institute, together with ZKSY’s shareholder LU Jianrong and Chief Engineer LU Yongliang. YE Hongzhang (Vice President), WU Xiaokun(Vice President) and LIU Huanzhong (Chief Engineer) received the guests, on behalf of the Institute.
The visiting group were first shown around the office building of the Institute and production units such as Architectural Design Dept.Ⅰ, Engineering Consolidation Dept.，Architectural Landscape Dept., Surveying-Mapping Dept., Plan Creation Center, Drawing Review Dept. and Surveying Division, consulting designers about drawings, software and other issues they were interested in. When Mr.LU stopped at the History & Culture Display Wall (named “Song-Like Years”), Vice President YE introduced to him the 64-year development course of the Institute.
The guests and the Institute leaders then met in the meeting room on the second floor. Mr. LU made an introduction of ZKSY: founded in April 2013, ZKSY is a high-tech, innovation-oriented company, focusing on the Internet of Things (IoT) and committed to using IoT technology to "recognize the world and change the world"; it operates in three core business areas of integration of information systems, operations of smart city, science and development of technical complex, with “Being a different me” as its product philosophy. He referred his visit to the Institute as mainly for negotiating about a hi-tech smart elderly care project, aiming at building an upscale elderly care service center which is intelligent, ecology-oriented and livable.
