On September 1, the Second General Meeting of Hebei High-Tech Enterprises Association and Hebei Provincial High-tech Industry Development Forum was held in Shijiazhuang, to which the Vice President SONG Zehua was invited.
The meeting was held by Hebei High-Tech Enterprises Association. Responsible persons of over 260 enterprises attended the meeting, leaders from relevant authorities of Hebei Department of Science and Technology and the High-Tech Enterprises Association, president units and standing director units of the Association included. In the meeting, instruments like Work Report of the First Council of Hebei High-Tech Enterprises Association was heard, deliberated on and adopted, and the reports such as New industrial revolution and the Strategy of Rejuvenating the Country Through Manufacturing, Innovation-oriented Country Realization Route and A New World Being Shaped with Science and Technology + Finance were discussed. The second council was elected. LI Congmin, Deputy Director-General of Hebei Department of Science and Technology made a concluding speech.
For years, the Institute has been attaching importance to science and technology innovation, constantly unearthing its potential and sparing no effort to improve the ability in science and technology research and development as well as achievement conversion. In November 2012, the Institute was awarded Certificate for High-tech Enterprise by Hebei Department of Science and Technology, Hebei Provincial Department of Finance, SAT, Hebei Office and the provincial Local Taxation Bureau jointly. As one of the first member units of Hebei High-Tech Enterprises Association, the Institute abides by the rules and regulations of the Association, closely follows the development of the Association, and firmly grasps the opportunities of innovation and development with great efforts taken on improving science and technology research and development ability, innovation ability and achievement conversion in an attempt to support the constant improvement of the core competitiveness of the Institute and make due contributions to application of high and new technologies into inspection and design industry.
