On the morning of April 20th, a training lecture was given, in the meeting room on the 6th floor of Building C, on “Management Platform System of the Institute”, attended by all staff.
The lecture was given by WANG Haijing, designer and architect of the system, including installation methods, functions of sub-systems and operation methods in addition to demonstrations based on practice of the Institute.
The software was developed independently by the Institute, IPR solely owned. Application of the system breaks away from the routine that such software used to be purchased from third parties. The system also boasts prominent advantages in functions, where the design of data structure was done by dynamic modeling, enabling professionals to design their own data structure based on individual needs. Such convenience freed them from constraints of the inborn data structure of other software, greatly reducing maintenance costs in later period. Presently, the system finds wide use in management of drawings, project records, licenses, project numbering, project stamping procedures, etc.
Application of the system has remarkably enhanced connectivity of all fields, diminishing information isolation, raising work efficiency and reducing energy and exhaust, starting a new page of OA.
