Production Scheduling Meeting for August Convened

On the morning of August 17th, a production scheduling meeting was held, attended by President WANG Chunyan, Party Secretary WANG Jianhua and leaders from all departments and divisions. The meeting was chaired by Vice-president YE Hongzhang.

In the meeting, YE briefed on the operation/production of the Institute as of the end of July, including projects underway of planning, construction and municipal engineering. He also analyzed the harsh market situation, calling for all units to expand their business to regions outside Tangshan City. YE added with the ongoing survey of a planned stereo garage.

The Division of Management reported on latest work arrangements before leaders of other departments/divisions followed with reports on projects at hand and specific problems arising from production. Vice-presidents in charge of specific fields and the general engineer gave remarks on design platforms, R&D, filing of drawings, canteen management and Party construction.

President WANG gave a concluding speech on filing of the design drawings, unified management of software, registerand statistical work of assets, “three tough fights of the Institute” as she called.She urged all vice-presidents and leaders to fully execute their duties in close cooperation and further standardize management rules/regulations of the Institute to guarantee a high work efficiency and smooth order. Regarding quality of design drawings, she expressed the hope that chief engineers of each field guarantee the quality by details while they themselves are encouraged to involve in professional practice and formulation of trade standards. She also asked for concerted efforts by all units, facing political and economic changes, to aim at projects of sponge cities, trolleys and pipeline galleries and watch closely the merchant investments in regions outside the city as well as poverty-relief projects such as “Beautiful Villages”. WANG ended her speech by encouragement of all staff in their efforts in making the 13th Five-year Plan of the Strategy of Development, saying that mid-level leaders should unite their ideas in integration of resources to work in cooperation in tapping system mechanisms, corporate energy and development goals, based on sufficient survey, in order to create an atmosphere with innovation, unity and harmony.
