On July 5th,the CPC Committee of the Institute convened for education program of“Two Studies and One Being (studying the Party Constitution and Regulations and talks by CPC General Secretary XI Jinping and being a Qualified Party member)”.The meeting was chaired by Vice-Secretary SONG Zehua and attended by Secretary WANG Jianhua, secretaries and branch members of each department/division.
In the meeting, secretaries of 13 Party branches reported on the education program and Party construction. XU Hao, secretary of the branch of leading bodies of the Institute and retired leaders, followed with specific requirements.
Secretary WANG reviewed the progress of the program. He said the meeting was important in that it was a key move after the Party’s call for mass-line approach and “three stricts and three honests”education programs, aimed at deepening education inside the Party, extension of Party governance to grass-roots to consolidate Party rule foundation, a guarantee for final victory of the drive of the 13th Five-year Plan and wholesale construction of a initially prosperous society. He called on all secretaries to be fully aware of the situation, indulge into actual work, firmly conduct the program by sincere studies and true doings of the Party Constitution and regulations as well as talks by XI Jinping so as to be a qualified Party member with “political awareness, beliefs, rules and disciplines” and “moral, character, contributions and achievements”. He then gave a Party lesson on “how to be outstanding and how to be successful”.
All secretaries delivered speeches, based on individual work.
