On June 29th, a conference was held in the meeting room (Floor 6) for work report and evaluation of leaderships. An evaluation group of four members led by Pei Qinglin, head of the Division of Evaluation from the Organizational Department of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting for guidance. 60 were present, including leaders of the Institute and all mid-level leaders.
PEI gave remarks on the significance, procedure and methods of the evaluation and asked all concerned to be fully aware of the importance of the evaluation, with a correct attitude, a truth-seeking spirit and fairness and justness to achieve favorable results of the evaluation so as to objectively reflect the achievements and problems in the work done by the leadership in 2015.
President WANG Chunyan made a work report on behalf of the leadership of the Institute. She said that, facing a sluggish market and tough job of development, the Party Committee and leadership of the Institute led the whole staff to focus on operation and production, with delicate management as the key ,“three stricts and three honests” education as a golden opportunity, coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province and the World Horticulture Expo 2016 as a bridge, realizing a harmonious and steady development in all fields.
All participants gave their evaluations on execution of duties, moral and work style, integrity and discipline and actual work of the Institute leadership.
After the meeting, the evaluation group held individual talks with mid-level leaders.
