On June 8th, a production scheduling meeting was held, attended by President WANG Chunyan, Party Secretary WANG Jianhua and leaders from all departments and divisions. The meeting was chaired by Vice-president YE Hongzhang.
YE briefed on the operation/production from January to May, added by analysis of business expansion and transformation of ideas in line with market situation. The Department of Management reported on the latest work and related plan. Leaders of other departments/divisions reported on their projects underway, projects in stock and problems awaiting solutions form the Institute. Vice-presidents in charge and the general engineer also gave remarks on current work and follow-up arrangements after entry into the new office building.
President WANG gave a concluding speech. She pointed out that professionals have not been ultimately integrated in terms of working area though mixed three times since founding of the Institute. The completion of the building of scientific research enabled all staff to work together on May 18th, starting a new era in history. WANG hoped that all staff would work with brand-new spirit and energy. As to the sluggish survey market, she stressed that the Institute is a comprehensive tycoon with seven Class-A qualifications, an asset for full play of its advantages of all professions to aim at the whole country by integrating all resources and tactics. WANG added by calling for higher qualities of mid-level leaders, strengthening management, avoiding risks for smooth conduct of all work legally and regularly.
