Hainan Jinrong Co., Ltd. Comes to Negotiate About Nursing Home Project
On the morning of September 1, JING Chunniu (President of Hainan Jinrong Co., Ltd.) and her entourage came to the Institute for exchanges of cooperation. WANG Jianhua (Secretary of the Party), LI Shuanglai (Vice President) and LI Yan (Department head) met the guests in the meeting room on the 2nd floor. Some designers joined in the reception.
Secretary WANG invited the guests to watch a publicity film produced upon the 60th anniversary of the Institute and gave a brief introduction of the Institute on its qualification, personnel, performance and so on. President JING spoke highly of the comprehensive strength of our Institute and elaborated her preliminary ideas on the nursing home construction in Hainan Province. She said that the project is located at the south of Hainan Province with rich vegetation and excellent natural environment and near Sanya, which facilitates transportation there and benefits the construction of nursing homes. The project, with an estimated investment totaling RMB 500 million yuan and an area of 2,000 mu, is expected to be divided into two phases as a model project of comprehensive nursing services ranging from nursing and medical services to education. The design focuses on harmony between the project and nature, where primeval vegetation and landscape are preserved and taken into full use to create an eco-friendly, dynamic and comfortable living environment.
Vice President LI demonstrated the projects " Huifeng Recreation Resort in Wuzhi (Five-finger) Mountain" and "Cultural Innovation Porcelain Park" contracted by the Institute recently and analyzed the feasibility and advantages of construction of the nursing homes in Hainan Province. Vice President LI expressed his anticipation to cooperate with Jinrong Co., Ltd. and determination to fulfill the dream of constructing a wonderful nursing base in Hainan Province with high-class designing and services.
President JING sent a kind invitation to designers of the Institute to conduct early field survey to the project for a preliminary plan. Both parties also exchanged opinions on functional positioning and development of the project.
