Yuannian (Tangshan) Investment Co., Ltd. Comes to the Institute for Negotiation of Cooperation
On the morning of July 28, JI Feng, LIU Guizhi and others from Yuannian (Tangshan) Investment Co., Ltd. came to the Institute for negotiation. A conversation was held in the meeting room on the 2nd floor between President WANG Chunyan and Vice President WU Xiaokun and LI Shuanglai and the guests. Some designers from the 3rd Architectural Design Department joined in the conversation.
At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Wu expressed sincere welcome to President JI Feng and his team on behalf of the Institute leaders and gave a brief introduction to the Institute on its qualification, personnel, performance and others before President JI gave a detailed introduction to the ideals and goals of overall project planning and designing of Zhongshan International Nursing Home for Seniors at Jingtang Port. JI also invited President WANG and the designers to Jingtang Port for a field survey.
President WANG elaborated her personal views on the market positioning, development prospects and designing features of the nursing home construction and explained to President JI all the points JI was interested in. Vice President WU analyzed the development trend of nursing homes in Jingtang Port (Tangshan) and confirmed the necessity and advantages of mutual cooperation, expecting the current cooperation would pave the way to long-term cooperation between Yuannian (Tangshan) Investment Co., Ltd. and the Institute, in which joint efforts could be taken for economic development and urban construction in Tangshan City.
After the meeting, President JI and his team, accompanied by the Institute leaders, conducted field survey to several projects including South Lake Wetland Park.
