Training Session Held for Party Branch Leaderships

On June 1th, the Municipal Planning Bureau convened a training session for each Party leadership and invited AN Yingze, deputy secretary of the working committee of the agencies directly under the authority of Tangshan Government. Mr. AN gave the attendees a vivid lesson on the topic of “actively adapting to the new normal, and earnestly implementing requirements for governing the Party in a comprehensive and strict manner”. There were 13 people of the Institute attending the session, including secretaries, vice secretaries and members of Party branches at basic level.
To endeavor to play an exemplary role in five fields was expounded at the session thoroughly and carefully, concerning firming ideal and belief, knowing and loving the Party, observing disciplines and rules, understanding unity and harmony, and uniting knowledge with action.
Convened under the background of the systematical carrying out of the project-based education of “three stricts and three honests” (be strict in morals, power and disciplining oneself; be honest in decisions, business and behavior), the session required that it is necessary to strengthen construction of basic-level Party organizations and teams; that a Party branch secretary first set an good example to others always and everywhere--playing a good role as an example for his subordinates directly under him to say and do something to and for their lower levels, namely, truly “playing an exemplary role” and “setting a keynote” for all the subordinates; that all the Party branches adhere to the system of “Three meetings and one class”(periodically holding a meeting of Party branch members, branch committee, Party group meeting and on-time Party class) to promote constantly theory quality of Party members and cadres and to intensify daily education and management of Party members; that it is necessary to, in strict accordance with the Working Rules for Developing Members of Chinese Communist Party, check on strictly to put effort into promotion of Party numbers’ purity; the Party branches build up their teams with iron systems and disciplines to build up all Party members’ politics conviction and aim consciousness, and to play a role of stronghold; that it is necessary to carry out Party's constructions; and that Party branches seriously implement tasks, a strong basis for the working focus of Party's constructions of 2015 specified by the working committee, directly under the authority of Tangshan Government, combining their respective practical work to carry out Party's constructions related to operation service, so as to make a contribution to development in an all-around way of economic and social development.
