On January 1st,2013, TPADRI held the annual commendatory ceremony of 2013 in the conference room of sixth floor. President Wang Chunyan and Secretary Wang jianhua attened the conference and gave unscripted speeches, all the middle-level cadres attended the conference as well.
During the meeting, twenty-seven middle-level cadres gave brief speeches under the time limit of 3 minutes, mainly reviewing and recounting the trains of thoughts, completion levels of targets and objectives, the difficult and splendid episodes together with the grand annual working scheme for 2014. The unscripted reports established a platform for mutual communicating, mutual inspiring, mutual experience-drawing, putting an end to the old practices such as just repeating what the book says and lengthy and conventional speeches. Vice president Wu Xiaokun also announced the name list of those who have passed the qualification certificate tests. Vice president Ye Hongzhang also announced the revenue ranking of 2013, meanwhile he made commendations accordingly.
Secretary Wang noted that, year 2013 is quite an extraordinary year, under the firm leadership of TPADRI group, all our staff has solidified and gone all out, conquering one difficulty after another, accomplishing a series of significant focal projects, obtaining good economic results, achieving the feats of over-ten-million revenues for four consecutive years. At the same time, Party committee organized all members to thoroughly study the purports of the Eighteenth Party National Congress, accentuating on enriching enterprise cultural connotation, successfully having held the sixtieth anniversary of founding of TPADRI, further enhancing the group central force and cohesion.
President Wang commented on the Talk Show featuring high morale and prolonged aplause.
