The total investment is planned to be 6.2 billion RMB yuan and the floorage 1.1 million m2, which is 10 times as large as Pelagic Mall.
Based on the experience and thinking towards the urban life demand in the past, Tangshan Xitie Lerthai HOPSCA centralizes and regroups the necessary elements of urban life with balanced resource allocation and coordination in a bid to give full play to their functions and produce more added values. In line with international practice, Lerthai Group, Carrefour China and Chinachem Group have currently reached agreement with a batch of strategic cooperation partners for international brands such as Marriott Hotel from the United States, Golden Jaguar from Tianwan and ZARA from Spain to conduct preliminary project development and business invitation simultaneously. After the completion of the project, these international brand partners will forge a flagship store cluster with 1000 domestic and overseas stores and 10 thousand brand products and jointly build Tangshan Xitie Lerthai HOPSCA into a super business carrier in the city.
As to the appearance design, the techniques of comparison and unification are combined to emphasize the overall image of the complex and highlight unique character for each single building. The concise block division creates a landmark complex with internationalized aesthetical standard. The design fully demonstrates the idea of space ranking system for the property owners with a clear recognition of spatial scale and hierarchy. With the concise, modern and humanistic design style, a high-end modern urban complex will be shaped integrating the functions of shopping, relaxation, working and living.
Director Gao Jiancheng proposed project partition and grouping of design personnel Each group was in charge of a partition while each member was responsible for a single building. The proposal not only facilitated the exchange and coordination among the group members, but also improved the design efficiency of the whole project, which was recognized by all.
At present, the design work for Tangshan Xitie Lerthai HOPSCA is under smooth operation. Led by director Gao Jiancheng, the Department goes all out to ensure the its completion and strives to make it a landmark project of the Institute.
