Cultivate Excellent Employees and Pass Positive Energy through “Teach-Help-Lead”
New employees have injected fresh blood and vitality into the Institute. In order to help them quickly adapt to the new environment and integrate with new work as well as to further sort out the talents and teams in the whole Institute, the Personnel Division has been adhering to the idea of “creating a learning organization and conveying a harmonious and mutual beneficial organization culture” and has earnestly carried out the “Teach-Help-Lead” program in which senior employees have unselfishly passed their experience to new employees .
After the recommendation, a total of 21 “tutors” were selected, who,in a "one-to-one" way, will help the newly recruited employees in 2018 integrate into their jobs as soon as possible.
“Teach-Help-Lead” is a training way in which senior employees will personally teach the fresh hands in work and study theoretical knowledge, professional skills and experience. It is not only a way or a method, but also an atmosphere and attitude as well as an effective way to train talents in modern training systems. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the program, the Personnel Division has managed and supervised it from three aspects:
The first is to strictly implement the "Tutor System". In accordance with the requirements of the "Tutor System", senior employees who have strong work responsibilities and professional technical skills were selected in each units according to the majors and quantity of newly recruited employees. Senior employees, with rich practical work experience, will serve as mentors, help train new employees and ensure they can be familiar with their jobs as soon as possible.
The second is the "intimate teaching" in words and deeds. Each tutor will develop a study plan for new employees, which is based on the actual situation and characteristics of each. Tutors will help their “students” integrate knowledge with practical work, exert their internal motivation and potential and promote rapid improvement of their professional and technical capabilities.
The third is to strengthen process supervision and inspection. The Personnel Division will use the study plan developed by the instructors as the inspection content and will conduct regular or irregular inspections every quarter. At the same time, the Division will communicate with the apprentices to understand and master the situation better in the process of “Teach-Help-Lead”. With good records and effective feedback, it can be expected that the program will run smoothly from beginning to end.
