On the morning of September 6, the autumn recruitment interview was held in Meeting Room 211, Block C. The leaders of the Institute , including President Wang Chunyan and Party Secretary Wang Jianhua, served as judges.
This interview took two forms: individual interview and professional anchor writing test. There were 14 participants, covering 8 majors such as architecture, planning and structure. Half of the participants have work experience, including one senior engineer, five engineers and one assistant engineer.
During the nearly three-hour interview,the judges assessed the candidates mainly on the behavior, expression, career planning, personal character, professional ability and other aspects. The judges gave their scores and conducted in-depth exchanges with the participants.To those who successfully passed the interview, the leaders of the Institute expressed their hopes and expectations, hoping that everyone can fully release their talent on the broad platform of the Institute and inject new energy into the sustainable development of the institute while realizing their personal values.
