On the morning of Sept.14th, new employee training kicked off in the meeting room of Floor 6 (Building C) for their smoother and better integration with the Institute. The meeting was chaired by Director Zhou Yushu of the Division of Personnel, vice-president Pang Chong making a key-note delivery.
On behalf of the Institute leadership,Pang expressed welcome and congratulations to the 35 new employees, followed with three “key words” emobdying expectations: “devotion”to the Institute as a new home,family and platform to realize life values, “adaptation” to new roles in a new arena and rhythm as well as “strategy” for self-development of one’s profession, EQ and quick growth.
Zhou Yushu briefed the new employees on the Institute’s development, HR managment, enterprise culture, organizaiton,performance assessment, motives and rewards as well as the operation procedures of HR Information Management Platform.
The year saw a boom in talent hunt, where the Institute continually adopted measures to perfect its talent nurture system that fits best. All employees will find their entry a chance to give full play to their talent, based on profession, deligence,responsibility and progress.
