On the forenoon of May 13, a team led by ZHU Liming, the Chief Inspector of Future Land Holding Group Co., Ltd. conducted investigation and exchange with the Institute. The guests were received at the Conference Room 211 at Tower C by President WANG Chunyan, Deputy President YE Hongzhang and SONG Zehua and other Institute leaders. Responsible persons from relevant units such as the business section, the inspection section and the third architectural design institute attended the forum.
In the meeting, Inspector ZHU made a brief introduction to the general conditions of the plot to be developed, project progress and the group development strategy, with emphasis put on the group's requirement and control over design quality. President WANG introduced the design qualification, quality management and outstanding performance and so on of the Institute and conducted technical analysis and suggestions over the plot in accordance with the specific conditions of such. She pointed out that one of the advantages of the Institute lay in whole process service. At the early stage of the project, basic service can be provided to play an active role in facilitating the project and contacting the government and so on. Inspector ZHU expressed his agreement with President WANG in her suggestions and put it that they would look forward to the overall support from the Institute in technology and manpower and so on in project promoting, in an attempt that the third largest commercial complex in the city can be built into quality engineering and brand project with joint efforts of both parties.
