On August 21, the Institute held a seminar on "Kazuo Inamori management philosophy" attended by President WANG Chunyan, Party Secretary WANG Jianhua and middle-level officials.
Kazuo Inamori, a famous Japanese entrepreneur, successively established two enterprises ranking in Fortune 500, namely Kyocera and KDDI. His achievements are closely linked with the management philosophy he formulated. The seminar invited WU Guanlun, president of Huaguan Education Group, to give a lecture. As a corporate culture strategist, senior team execution lecturer and senior corporate training coach, Mr. WU has engaged in marketing for many years and accumulated a wealth of experience. In his speech, Mr. WU, with Japan Airlines reform as a starting point, quoted copiously from many sources to interpret the essence of Kazuo Inamori management philosophy.
