In May, the Institute ushered in the review of "quality, environment, occupational health and safety" management systems (“three-in-one management system”).
On the afternoon of May 12, the first working meeting on the review of the three-in-one management system was held in Conference Room 211, Building C, attended by specially-assigned persons of the Office of Chief Engineers, production and administration units. According to the requirements made at the meeting, the units of the whole Institute were proactively involved in the review.
Based on the three key production factors of quality, environment and occupational health and safety, the three-in-one system using the PDCA process cycle management mode will have an important supplementing and improving function on improving standardization, systematization and competitiveness of the Institute.
After nearly a month of efforts of all units, in late-May, the Institute’s system successfully passed the 2017 annual review, symbolizing its overall attainment of the standards of quality, environment and occupational health and safety and its good reputation of social responsibility and professional ethics and effective brand appeal. All the cadres and workers will work together to keenly grasp development opportunities, confidently cope with challenges in new fields and strive to promote steady and sound development of the institute.
